Paper Crafters Contest

If you've ever visited Paper Crafters Library, you know they have tons of great projects.  And now, to celebrate their first year anniversary, they're having an awesome giveaway.  From beginner through to advanced, covering product instruction, techniques and project ideas for stamping, card making, scrapbooking and altered art – they have something for everyone!  

The contest runs for the next 9 months – where they will be giving away a total of 18 ONE YEAR MEMBERSHIPS to the Paper Crafter’s Library – each valued at $200!
