WOYWW 246 and Making a Movie

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I've nearly missed posting today.  Goodness, how the time gets away from a person sometimes!  Anyway, it's that time of the week when we bebop around the globe looking at the desks of other creative souls.  This is all courtesy of Julia and Stamping Ground.  Be sure you pop over there and check it out.

Not a lot happening on my desk today.  These are the remnants of my session yesterday with a brayer.  I worked on a birthday card for my mom and took pictures all along the way.  I'm venturing into the world of how to "videos" but I don't have a video camera.  So I'm doing still photos and I'll voice over them.  Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I'd be putting content on You Tube!

This is my finished project.  I'm really pleased with how it came out.  Love how the silhouetted flowers just pop on that background.

If you'd like to take a peek at my video and give me a critique, I would love that!  Here's the video:

Thanks for looking at my blog. I appreciate all the wonderful comments everyone leaves. Happy Crafting!

  1. Beautiful card. Your brave to start doing videos. I've thought about it, but I do not like the sound of my voice.
    Have a great week
    Great video too!

  2. What a lovely organised desk. Couldn't see your card as my laptop seems to be playing up! Karen #101

  3. Your card is gorgeous. How generous of you to take time to share your ideas and techniques on You Tube. And how brave!!

  4. What a beautiful card. The Brayer was my very first real grown up tool and I love it. My first one even has a special home of its own. Nice organised desk.

  5. What a lovely card. Good luck with the youtube videos, we're not brave enough to try that yet.
