My Throwback project is going to feature a retired stamp set (Nice & Easy Notes) that I will n.e.v.e.r. get rid of! Also some retired SU cardstock colors (cameo coral and ruby red).
I think I'm also to a stopping point with this mini album. Because of who it's intended for, I don't want to over frou-frou it. I did make a little rosette (or lollie) for the cover.
I added some small journaling panels, and there are a total of six big pull out double sided "tags" for photos or other memorabilia.
There are two other smaller tags, one inside each cover panel.
Thanks for stopping by today. Be sure to head over to Julie's blog and see what's on everyone else's desk today!
Love the look of your desk. Resembles mine. Several projects on the go, ideas for others and all the tools. Your throwback idea is so cool. I can really relate I've got Sage Shadow and Creamy Caramel that I just can't let go of along with a bundle of stamps that still thrill me when I inkem up! TFS Love your blog.

ReplyDeleteLovely desk there Sherri, really busy and creative. Wow to the paper bag project, it's so beautiful, love the colours too. You asked about the ends of the ribbons on the spools, well, the three new spool holders have got an elasticated cord on one side that fits in to a slot on the top of the rod. It sits snuggly along the edge of the ribbon spools and stops the ends from flying out! It works best on ribbons of the same size though. Thanks for stopping by.
