It's time to announce this month's theme for Tag It Tuesday.
As you know, we've been focusing on color this year. Rather than use specific Pantone colors this month, I decided to turn you loose with the primary colors -- red, yellow, and blue -- and see what you create. I'm also hoping you'll throw some basic shapes in there as well. Think circles, squares, triangles, etc. It's amazing to think that we can mix any color we want by starting with only three humble colors!
Here's a quick color wheel reference showing the primary colors and their complementary or secondary colors as well. Do you remember making color wheels in art class in school and starting out with a triangle? That brings back some memories. And those secondary colors? Yep, we'll visit those later in the year, so stay tuned for that!
As always, use whatever style, size or shape of tag you want and alter it with your favorite media style. The link up blog post will go up on May 17, so you have plenty of time to get creative!
As I mentioned last month, I'm toying with the idea of switching Tag It Tuesday to a Facebook group. Let me know in the comments below what you think about that. Would it be easier to follow? Easier to post pics? Give me your honest opinion.
